As a professional thespian, Andy Ohlankowski is on the verge of success and notoriety in New York City only to be torn away for a family emergency.
 
After traveling across the country, he reunites with his brother, Joey, and hears about some far-fetched idea to reclaim and reopen an abandoned school.  The longer Andy stays on the West Coast the more he and Joey disagree over the idea and the more time his colleagues have to conspire against him.
 
When tragedy strikes and the curtains draw to a close on one chapter of his life, Andy hurriedly makes plans for his future and charges ahead.  As unexpected opportunities arise and people from his past return, Andy finds himself reconsidering Joey’s seemingly far-fetched idea.
