About the Author

I began writing my first novel back in the year 2000 (recall Y2K?).  During the following two decades, I completed numerous smaller writing projects, but finishing that novel always seemed beyond my grasp.  Then, as I neared age 50, something changed and the writing just 'clicked.'  I began work on a new novel and promptly completed it within a relatively short timeframe.  Three years and three books later, I'm still kind of pinching myself while foolishly wondering why I didn't turn 50 sooner.  Speaking of age, I still do a vast majority of my writing on the Compaq computer I purchased over 20 years ago.
